The new archery club team will compete as part of the USA Archery’s Collegiate Archery Program. The program is designed to develop a participant’s skillset and capability to compete in a variety of events at the local, regional and national levels.
Cheering at Lyon College is a spirited and inclusive club sport that brings students together to promote school pride, support athletic teams, and foster a strong sense of community on campus. As a student‐driven organization, the Cheer Club is open to participants of all experience levels, from beginners eager to try something new to seasoned cheerleaders looking to continue their passion in college.
Whether performing at games, helping boost morale at campus gatherings, or simply connecting with fellow students, Cheer plays an important role in enhancing the vibrant campus culture at Lyon College.

Love the great outdoors? You have come to the right place. Lyon College is located in the eastern foothills of the Ozarks and is close to the White River, presenting ample opportunities for outdoor recreation. Campus itself is 176-acres with biking and hiking trails, Bryan Lake, a bouldering wall, and a ropes course. Lyon students can enjoy activities on and around campus, including hiking, biking, camping, caving, rock climbing, zip-lining, fishing, and much more!
