File a Title IX Report

If you or someone you know experiences sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, or sexual exploitation , the following steps are recommended (but not required) by Lyon College.

1. File a report. You have several options for reporting:
   • Emergency: Call 9-1-1 and/or Campus Safety at 870-307-7233
   • Not an Emergency:
     • File a report online at https://forms.lyon.edu/Forms/TitleIX
     • Send an email to titleix@lyon.edu
     • Contact the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Title IX Coordinator
       
       
2. Seek medical attention.
   • White River Medical Center provides medical care, including rape examinations. The hospital is located at 1710 Harrison Street in Batesville.
   • UAMS North Central can provide medical care. It is located at 1993 Harrison Street in Batesville.
   • The Lyon College Health and Wellness Center (located in Edwards Commons) can also provide assistance.
