Dr. Ashley McMillan,associate dean for clinical affairs at the Lyon CollegeSchoolofDentalMedicine, was honored earlier this month as one of Arkansas Business’s 2025 40 Under 40 honorees during a recognition ceremony held at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock.

The annual list, curated by the statewide business publication, recognizes 40 standout Arkansans under the age of 40 who are making a significant impact in their companies, organizations and communities. Dr. McMillan was among a class of professionals that included activists, entrepreneurs, business executives, and medical leaders from across the state.

“40 Under 40 honors men and women in business, nonprofits, and government who are making a significant impact,” Arkansas Business stated in its announcement of this year’s class. The publication receives more than 400 nominations annually, with a panel of internal judges selecting the final honorees.
