I am pleased to announce that the new version of the electronic student forms (Such as the Add/Drop form, Change of Address form, etc.) have been rolled out to MyLyon.
These new forms are 100% digital, can be filled out online, signed electronically, and will automatically be routed to any individual that needs to sign them (Such as a course instructor, your advisor, or the Provost).
These forms are available on MyLyon, under the "Students" tab, on the "Student Forms" page (https://my.lyon.edu/ICS/Academics/Student_Forms.jnz).
There are five forms that as of tonight still use the old system (Change of Major, Transfer Credit Approval, Request for Incomplete, Academic Petition, and Notice of Intent to graduate), but these will also be swapped for the new links by the end of the month.
