Lyon College honored four distinguished alumni during its Athletics Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 22, recognizing their athletic achievements, professional contributions and lasting impact on the Scots community. The celebration featured remarks from Lyon leaders, tributes from presenters and reflections from each inductee on the meaning of the honor.

Lyon College will honor four outstanding alumni during the 2025 Lyon College Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Banquet at 5:45 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, in Patterson Dining Hall in Edwards Commons on the Lyon College campus, 2300 Highland Rd., Batesville.

Bank of Cave City Donates $100,000 for New Football Stadium Press Box

Lyon College to Break Ground on Bad Boy Stadium
Lyon College will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its new football stadium on Friday, Jan. 31, at 12 p.m. at the Lyon College football complex, 2300 Highland Rd., Batesville. The stadium, a key addition to the campus, is set to open in time for the Scots’ first home game of the 2025 season on Sept. 13.
